PostType: Part Time HoursperWeek: 17.5 If you have previously worked in an administration/clerical function, have a keen eye for detail and are confident in using spreadsheets, we welcome your application for this part-time, continuing Administrator post. You will be working as part of a job share with another 0.5FTE Administrator, in the University's Commercial Services and Estates Department, to provide administrative support to the Head of Space and Interior Design and wider Estates planning and projects team. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including: » Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets » Regular data entry into the Facilities Management System, Archibus » Arranging, attending and note-taking at meetings » Helping with the creation of process documents » Jointly managing the teams Instagram site » Creating requisitions so the team can raise purchase orders » superviseing projects trackers and chasing and logging updates To be prosperous in this function you will have/be: » Educated to GCSE level (Grade A/9-C/4 pass) or equivalent » Good IT expertise, particularly Microsoft Office packages » Previous practice in a clerical function » Highly organised, with good attention to detail » practice in using and/or maintaining a database » Excellent oral and written communication expertise The function will be located at our Canterbury Campus, supporting a community of over 2000 undergraduate & postgraduate students.
