This post represent exciting opportunities for an individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Day Nursery. The Day Nursery is a purpose-built facility offering places to 128 children every day. we At Presentrequire an enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to support and complement our team. The prosperous candidate will provide a safe, happy, and caring environment for all the children at the nursery, offering planned activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
The Nursery adheres to Staffordshire Safeguarding Children's Board and University Safeguarding procedures.
To be prosperous you will have a NVQ 3 in Childcare or equivalent, along with a broad range of practice with children aged 12 weeks to 8 years. Functional expertise in English and Maths are essential and GCSE Grade C, or equivalent, in Maths and English would be preferred. In addition, you must be able to work effectively within a team and possess good communication and interpersonal expertise.
