The Estates Helpdesk manages all reports of maintenance issues from across the University's many buildings and the spaces in between them. Our buildings contain sophisticated mechanical and electrical services, fire avoidance, protection systems and heating systems centrally controlled via a building management system (BMS). The University's buildings and surrounding environment play a crucial function in the practice our students and staff enjoy. You will support this by ensuring that all works undertaken across our campuses are logged onto our CAFM platform, prioritising correctly and managing all over the lifecycle of the task to ensure that an excellent service is provided at all times. You will be expected to produce and provide regular performance reports and analysis, so an capability to interpret large volumes of data is essential. You should be proficient in CAFM, Autodesk, BeMS, Microsoft and Adobe suites in order to be prosperous in this function.
