Diversity and Inclusion Policy agent:Job description:Job location: Belfast, Work in the house Ref: 22/109953 Duration: Permanent Hours: Full-time income: £34,304 - £40,927 per annum Queen's University Belfast is seeking to recruit a Diversity and Inclusion Policy agent on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be part of an award winning, specialist Unit within the People and Culture Directorate and provide high level specialist Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policy advice, guidance and training to staff across the University. Your focus will also be on providing specialist advice and support for staff and research and innovation activities with respect to research culture, EDI policy, compliance and reporting, development of funding applications, and significant statutory/funder reporting requirements. You will be aware of best practice relating to EDI and use this to help shape and deliver diversity and inclusion workplace policies, initiatives and projects as well as ensuring that all related statutory obligations are met. The prosperous post holder will be able to work in a hybrid, agile working way with time split between working on campus and home. Approximately one day per week will be dedicated to supporting colleagues in Research and Enterprise.
