Job Opportunity: Research Associate: All-Island programme of research on loneliness and social isola:Job description:Job location: Coleraine, Jordanstown - Ireland - ABOUT US - We are a university with a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation and regional engagement, making a major contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of Northern Ireland. Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and expertise transfer. - THE function - The post-holder will undertake data analysis using datasets in Ireland and elsewhere, examining the issue of loneliness and social isolation to assist policy and practice on the island of Ireland. They will be involved in the design and analysis of large, longitudinal and cross-sectional datasets. located in the Bamford Centre for Mental Health, they will work in collaboration with colleagues in Trinity College Dublin.
