Project Delivery agent:Job description:Job location: Belfast Ref: 22/109883 Duration: Fixed Term until 31 July 2025 Hours: Full-time income: £34,304 - £40,927 per annum The School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EEECS) at Queen's University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Project Delivery agent. The prosperous candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive professional support service to the QUB Principle Investigator of the joint Advanced Research Centre (ARC is a joint research centre between PwC, University of Ulster and Queen's University Belfast) and will coordinate and manage all related administrative operations in ARC, including the monitoring and reporting of related financial resources and expenditure. In addition, the post holder will develop and maintain strong relationships externally and internally to ensure the prosperous delivery of key research objectives in-line with partner and University expectations. The prosperous candidate must have and your CV/Cover letter (or application form) should clearly demonstrate you have: » An honours degree (2:II or better) or alternatively substantial significant practice working in a similar function. » A minimum of 3 years' significant practice including: - practice of analysing and presenting (written and oral) complex information which informs decision making - practice of working with a range of project management tools and techniques - practice of monitoring budgets or resources and knowledge of financial management - practice of networking with a wide variety of internal/ external stakeholders. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availcapability of funding.
