This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in general areas of psychology, in particular quantitative research methods, to join our team of enthusiastic, dynamic and friendly staff within the School of Psychology. Psychology at the University of Worcester has a long-standing history, with a thriving BPS accredited suite of BSc Psychology courses running since 1994. The School has an already impressive portfolio of undergraduate courses including Single Honours Psychology as well as named awards in Business, Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, and Sport and Exercise Psychology. Our postgraduate courses include Business and Occupational Psychology, Counselling, EMDR Therapy and knowledge Domestic and Sexual Violence. we At Presentpartner with the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) to deliver our MSc Business Psychology course.

The prosperous candidate will have practice and skills in more general areas of psychology, in particular quantitative research methods, and will be confident and competent in teaching across one or more of the core British Psychological Society areas (cognitive, biopsychology, social, developmental, individual differences, research methods). prosperous candidates will also demonstrate a clear engagement and competency in research activity and practices commensurate with the stage of your career. You will have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and scholarly engagement. The prosperous applicant will act as a personal academic tutor (PAT), research project manager to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. In addition, there may be an expectation to undertake course leadership abilities functions as opportunities arise.
