The University is looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to help drive a programme of efficiency and improvement in its professional and academic services. We are seeking for a Business Analyst with a proven track record of identifying improvements in processes using industry standard methodologies, quantitative, data driven and qualitative measures. You will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of the University's strategy, processes, services and the context in which the business operates. You will be responsible for reviewing business processes from end-to-end to identify operational, financial and technological risks and opportunities to improve efficiency. We expect you to have excellent oral and written communication expertise, to work collaboratively and to have the confidence to take responsibility on a range of activities, from small operational improvements to large, highly complex projects.
