Scholarships and Bursaries Enrichment agent (part time / term time):Job description:Job location: Bath Are you interested in playing a key function in the organisation and delivery of the University of Bath's Gold Scholarship Programme (GSP) and Arts Scholarships? The Scholarships provide financial support and a comprehensive enrichment programme of activities to University of Bath students from less advantaged backgrounds and to those with exceptional artistic talent. About Us The Gold Scholarship Programme aims to ensure that its Scholars are equipped with the funding, transferrable expertise, expertise, practice and social capital needed to maximise their Bath practice and to prosperously transition to the next stage of their career/studies. 50 new Scholars join the programme each year, and participate in the programme until they graduate. The Gold Scholars are required to attend key events during the year and to complete volunteering hours and training requirements. The Arts Scholarships provide financial support, mentorship and artistic expertise development to the Arts Scholars. About the function You will be one of the main points of contact for the Gold and Arts Scholars. The function will include: » regular communication with scholars to ensure continued engagement with their scholarships and supporting them to meet their performance training and volunteering targets; » supporting the planning and coordination as well as the development and delivery of some of the key GSP and Arts Scholarship events during the year; » working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including other teams in Student Services, Recruitment and Admissions, Widening Participation, Careers, expertise, and the Students' Union staff and agents; » coordinating the production of regular newsletters for Gold Scholars, Arts Scholars, University staff and Gold Mentors.
