The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is seeking to appoint an practiced pharmacist to this senior leadership abilities function to lead the development, delivery and evaluation of the new Post-Registration Foundation Pharmacist Training Programme in Wales. The individual will lead the provision of all aspects of programme including admissions, programme developments, assessment and quality assurance, to ensure that it is of the highest quality.

The function will require significant working with our stakeholders, in particular Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and pharmacy teams across all sectors, to develop the post-registration foundation pharmacists to meet the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) Curriculum and for the pharmacists to be able to be credentialed by the RPS.

In this function you will need to inspire and line manage a team of Educational managers across Wales, who are responsible for supporting, guiding, and monitoring the progress of named pharmacists.
