Job Offer: HR Systems Manager:Job description:Job location: Falmer This varied and exciting position will work within the HR division at the University of Sussex, and will be required to work in close collaboration with colleagues from the IT service teams, as well as engaging with stakeholders from across the institution. The prosperous applicant will be responsible for managing the HR systems, working with external suppliers including external consultants, project managing system implementations, upgrades and new feature releases, and supervise all other development and maintenance work related to the HR System. This is a new function within the HR division, as such the prosperous candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the divisions performance and productivity. Candidates will ideally have broad practice of working in a HR systems team, project and change management expertise are essential along with practice of managing third party providers.
