Campus agent:Job description:Job location: Liverpool Working across all University sites as part of the Campus Services team, Campus agents contribute to the provision of a safe and secure environment for the University. Our Campus Services Team has a vacancy for one full time Campus agent to assist with providing the best possible care to students, staff and visitors by carrying out visible patrols, dealing with everyday security issues and responding to incidents and emergencies, plus undertaking any portering tasks and providing pastoral support to students. Candidates should ideally have practice of working in a similar customer focussed function, have excellent communication expertise and be able to deal with difficult situations.
