this function offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some in the house.
This new full-time post is available from August on a fixed term or secondment basis until July 2024. Although this is a full-time function, Contact Us by us if you are looking for part-time hours as we may be able to offer the function on slightly reduced hours.
The function
The University of Exeter Strategy 2030 sets out how we will use the power of our education and research to create a sustainable, healthy and socially just future.

Five Strategic People Priorities describe how we will approach this work, setting out a number of specific goals. These will be delivered by a combination of colleagues and functions across the University, with the common theme of supporting our people to flourish.
You will coordinate work across all of the priorities, setting out a programme of work. Each priority will have a project plan developed very much in consultation with our community, stakeholders and experts. You will work with other professional Project Managers, HR colleagues and leaders from across the University.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help deliver a vial part of our exciting new University Strategy from the very beginning, working in close conjunction with the HR Senior leadership abilities Team.
