About the function
We are pursuing a Teach First Programme Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly team providing support to the School of Education and specifically the Teach First programme. You will provide and lead on a range of administrative and customer services to support processes and activities within the School, ensuring a high quality service in support of staff and students. You will be working closely with members of the administrative team, academic staff within the School, colleagues across the University and External parties. This is a busy and varied function.
About you (requirements)
You will be an effective team player who is willing to support colleagues and to deal professionally and efficiently with multiple tasks and requests at the same time. You will be able to work independently and with initiative, delivering high quality work to required deadlines. Numerate and literate, you will have good IT expertise and will demonstrate close attention to detail to produce accurate work. You will have excellent customer service expertise and will be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team, with colleagues in the Schools, across the University and External parties.
