Centre Manager - South Yorkshire Sustaincapability Centre:Job description:Job location: Sheffield Contract Type: This post is open ended, subject to funding (funding currently agreed to 28.02.2026) Working Pattern: 80% FTE Are you passionate about sustaincapability and interested in using your expertise to help South Yorkshire make a just transition to net zero? We are seeking for a Centre Manager to manage the projects and operations of the newly launched South Yorkshire Sustaincapability Centre. This internationally pioneering interdisciplinary research centre brings together universities, local authorities, businesses and third sector partners from across south Yorkshire to co-design creative solutions to regional and global sustaincapability challenges. In this exciting function, you will supervise the pipeline of research projects, monitoring progress against deliverables and ensuring the overall implementation plan is delivered. You will manage the centre's financial accounting, comms strategy and planning of events. You should have excellent communication and project management expertise with a track record of effective collaboration. For this function you should have an honours degree or equivalent practice.
