The function of Marketing and Communications agent is a key function within a dynamic Careers and employcapability team, and will lead on the activity required to engage key stakeholders, primarily our students but also employers and university colleagues, to promote, drive consciousness, knowledge and engagement with the University's activity to support student and graduate employcapability and results.
Working with colleagues in the department, you will lead and implement an annual marketing strategy incorporating numerous projects within the Careers Service and wider across the university. You will play a lead function in developing and implementing a digital first marketing approach to student communications (including emails, social media and website content) which will be continually reviewed and improved.
You will have a degree or practice in marketing and communications, as well as being skilled in a range of IT applications and social media. Strong communication and writing expertise are required to lead marketing projects, as well as creating content for communications and websites.
