You will be involved with the various service desk, desktop, telephone, remote and client-facing support, and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT work. Candidates must have excellent customer service and quality management expertise, with the passion, resources and commercial insight to help achieve them. They are our customers. To Lgain - Our systems and our ways of doing things To Participate - We have documentation to show you how to do most tasks - If it's wrong, we want you to look at fixing it To become part of our team Candidates should have a mixture of the below, certainly not ALL of them: Windows client operating systems; Microsoft Office suite; Apple hardware and OS; Android/windows/Apple phones and tablets. Active Directory / MS Exchange expertise covering user accounts, mailbox and group policy administration, Antivirus software, Networking expertise covering LAN/vLAN/WAN technologies HTML, Programming/Scripting expertise, Call logging software, Client builds and Imaging.
