Offer: Mental Health Advisor:Job description:Job location: Wrexham Following a 2-year HEFCW funded project called ?Enhancing Student Well-being through social prescribing', and as one of the first Universities in the UK to embed a social prescribing model as part of its student support services, Wrexham Glyndwr University is now looking to recruit skilled and practiced professionals to join the Student and Campus Life Directorate. The Mental Health Advisor function is a key post within the student support team and the prosperous candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of students with significant and acute mental health needs. We are therefore looking for a professionally qualified mental health practitioner who is fully registered or accredited with a professional body and who has at least 2 years post qualification practice of working in the field of mental health. The capability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
