Student Feedback adjunct:Job description:Job location: Swansea Fixed-term until 31st October 2022 The post holder will be primarily located on Singleton Park Campus, but may be required to work across University sites as required. To deliver its sustainable top 30 ambition Swansea University needs a professional services workforce with the differentiated expertise necessary to ensure that it can deliver excellence through efficient and effective systems and processes that harness innovations in technology. The University's Academic Services will provide high quality professional services to students, staff and external stakeholders. Academic Services will enable and deliver, where appropriate, institution wide change, affecting improvements in key strategic areas to enhance the Swansea student practice. Academic Services is proud to hold the Cabinet Office's Customer Service Excellence Award and Investors in People Silver Award and will continue to ensure service excellence through engagement, partnership and innovation. The primary aim of the Student Feedback adjunct will be to provide clerical support for the operation of the University's systems for student feedback within the busy Student Partnership and Engagement Services team. The post-holder will be responsible for superviseing the maintenance of the EVASYS system, ensuring that records are accurate and providing advice and guidance on its use. tasks include supporting the set up and delivery of student practice survey campaigns and assisting with the analysis and production of the connected data for management information reports. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Qualifications » Sound basic education, including a minimum of Grade ?C' in Maths and English or equivalent work practice practice » practice of delivering effective professional services » practice of dealing with large volumes of data. expertise & expertise » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written, and the capability to present information in a clear and accurate manner to varied audiences and stakeholders. » Excellent IT expertise, including a good working expertise of Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel. » Excellent organisational and time management expertise with capability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. » capability to interpret data and present it in report format. » capability to work independently regarding arranging meetings, distributing paperwork and updating databases.
