Job Opportunity: Lecturer in Criminology (Maternity cover: 1 year):Job description:Job location: Leeds This is a fixed term, 1 year, function. We are investing in our Criminology team following continued growth in our student numbers. This is a great opportunity to join the Criminology subject group at Leeds Beckett University, delivering education across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and contributing to our growing research profile. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in the area of criminal justice, criminological theory and research methods. The prosperous candidate will bring a passion for their subject and a commitment to supporting students' academic, personal and professional development. Candidates should possess a first degree and either hold or be working towards a PhD in Criminology or a cognate subject. You should be able to demonstrate a record of teaching in higher education.
