We are searching for an practiced database manager to lead systems and data management for fundraising and alumni engagement across the University.
Following an internal restructure, the University Development Office has created this senior function, and three deputies, to lead the CRM function, supporting a growing community of over 500 staff across 79 sites. We are seeking for someone who can use their technical skills to deliver a purposeful and effective systems and data strategy that places business, user and supporter needs at the heart of all decisions. Oxford has recently completed the most prosperous higher education fundraising campaign in Europe, raising £3.34bn. You will play a critical function in imagining and shaping our next, even more ambitious fundraising effort.
You will have broad practice of hands-on management of a CRM database that can be translated into a strategic approach to systems, data and teams. Comfortable operating in a complex demanding environment, you will have the capability to juggle priorities, and apply innovative, practical problem-solving skills to challenges.
We can offer you a dynamic, supportive and motivating working environment, where your work's impact will be seen clearly. University staff benefits include 38 days of paid holiday, generous pension schemes, travel discounts, and a variety of professional development opportunities.
We encourage applications from all sectors of the community, and are especially keen to encourage them from groups that are currently underrepresented at Oxford.
Only applications received before 12.00 noon on Monday 18 July 2022 can be considered. You will be required to upload a letter of application as part of your online application. Interviews are currently scheduled to take place on Friday 12 August 2022.
