The post holder will be a key member of the North East and Yorkshire Primary Care Commissioning Team whose overarching goal is to deliver an exciting and challenging Primary Care commissioning and transformation programme.
This post sits within the GP Transformation team in the North East and North Cumbria. located at either Waterfront 4, Newcastle or the Old Exchange, Darlington there is the opportunity for remote / home working, although there is a requirement to attend team ‘in office days'
As a Primary Care agent, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting the Primary Care Team.
In particular, the post holder will:
   » Support the Primary Care Team in undertaking project management functions aligned to PMO work-streams
   » Provide high quality project management, service, initiative, PA and administrative support including information and analysis
   » Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
Responsibilities may include (but not be limited to) the following activities:
   » Programme and project management support, including coordination of programme reporting returns and administration
   » Progress chasing and monitoring programme plans and key milestones
   » Undertaking projects and progressing them under limited supervision
