Actual income will be located on number of working weeks remaining of the academic year
this function is part of the Partnerships Curriculum Area and focuses on supporting the 14 - 16 year-olds enrolled onthe College's Junior Apprenticeships programmes. The delivery models range from level 1 to level 2 with learners working towards vocational qualifications as well as GCSEs in Maths and English.
The post holder would need to be resilient and effective in supporting learners who have been identified as at risk or vulnerable by their School. practice of providing support and coaching in schools or of providing additional learning support/basic expertise support to learners is essential. Previous practice of working with young people with complex social, behavioural and or emotional difficulties is also required.
The prosperous candidate will need a Basic expertise Qualification (or availability to achieve L2 & L3) and also a Learning Coach Qualification/Youth work or similar Qualification.
