Working within the School Liaison & Partnership Team, this post will take a lead function in development, implementation and delivery of the established schools and colleges programme. The innovative programme of activity encourages progression in learning, raises aspirations for under-represented learners in Higher Education and contributes to success in UK undergraduate student recruitment. The post will focus on working with primary and pre-16 learners, working closely with the other Schools Liaison Manager who focuses on the post-16 audience, however they will have the capability and flexibility to provide support across the piece.
The post-holder will be a natural leader who can manage and motivate a team to deliver impactful projects and events - as well as able to manage your own projects to completion. You should have strong practice in partnership working as well as building and nurturing effective relationships, and ideally possess an knowledge of effective evaluation and measurement. You'll be a superb communicator, able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management expertise. With an enthusiastic and committed approach to working with schools, colleges and target learners - including those under-represented in Higher Education. Your creative and problem-solving approach will stand you in good stead for this busy and fulfilling function.
