Job Offer: Postdoctoral Research Associate in Thin Film Growth of New Inorganic Materials - Fixed Te:Job description:Job location: Liverpool We are pursuing applications from exceptional thin film growth researchers to join a multidisciplinary project team working on the new Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council Programme Grant ?Digital Navigation of Chemical Space for Function?. The team combines experimental and computational approaches and works across physical and computer science. You should have a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science, and a strong publication track record as well as a demonstrated commitment to excellence. Exceptional skills in RHEED monitored epitaxial thin film growth, and in structural and physical characterisation of thin films are essential. skills in pulsed laser deposition, the discovery of new materials and electron microscopy of thin films is desirable.
