Mondays 9.30am-8.30pm Tuesdays 10.00am-8.30pm Wednesdays 10.30am-1.00pm Thursdays 10.00am-12.30pm Fridays 10.00am-5.00pm (Up to a total of 244 hours)

An opportunity has arisen to recruit someone to join our vibrant Acting for Film team to contribute to the University's undergraduate degree routes. As an Associate Lecturer your function will be to contribute to key activities of the team to include the further development of the programmes, teaching and assessments.
The programmes adopt a student centric approach to learning and teaching and the prosperous candidate will have practice of delivering high quality, interactive teaching or training activities together with the energy, enthusiasm, organisational expertise and flexibility which will contribute to enhancing the student practice.
The majority of the teaching is face to face, but you must have the capability to use blended and remote delivery as required working with a range of IT packages and the VLE ?Moodle?
Candidates should have appropriate teaching /or equivalent professional qualifications and practice, and have broad, recent significant teaching / practical practice in a variety of practical related expertise including sound, visual and technical expertise. It is anticipated that all staff will be engaged with the development of best practice in film performance and its assessment, as well as in current developments in pedagogy. expertise and practice of academic frameworks in conjunction with an analytical approach to the study of practical film expertise will also be required.
