The Department of English and Related Literature seeks to appoint an Associate Lecturer in the Creative Industries. We seek candidates with broad industry practice in editing, publishing or other fields significant to literature and the creative industries. The prosperous candidate will have practice teaching the Creative Industries at degree level, and an capability tocommunicate with and inspire students. They will have excellent editorial expertise and an capability to offer constructive and detailed feedback.They will teach students on our MA module, 'Critical Approaches to the Creative Industries', and our final year undergraduate module, 'Creative Writing: Contemporary Practice'.
This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months for a maternity cover.
