We are seeking for an enthusiastic UKVI Compliance Manager to work with the Head of Student Immigration and Compliance and to manage the compliance team. The function has responsibility for ensuring the operational administration of the University's Sponsor licence in relation to international students remains compliant within the framework provided by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). Ensuring international student's immigration records are maintained accurately, securely and that any changes are communicated, in a timely manner, via the UK Visas and Immigration Sponsor Management System.
The post will provide day-to-day oversight of student immigration related matters, including the issuing of Certificates of Acceptance of Studies (CAS), attendance and engagement monitoring and will be responsible for the reporting of changes to student circumstances.
