Student Services manager:Job description:Job location: Colchester Do you have line management and customer service practice? Are you passionate about helping others? We are seeking for a manager to manage an enthusiastic team of advisers and help lead the delivery of flagship services to our students in our Student Information Team. As part of the Student Life Directorate, the Student Information Team covers a widea variety of enquiries across the whole student lifecycle, from accepting their offer, all over their course to their graduation. This is a very fast paced environment and if you have: » A track record of supporting and developing staff » Significant recent practice in delivering exceptional customer service » managery practice in a busy operational environment » Excellent time management and organisational expertise » An innovative approach and can think creatively then we would love to hear from you.
