This is an exciting opportunity to work in My MEDIC, a service that provides coordinated support for medical students through their study. We are seeking for an Occupational Psychologist to join the team of practiced doctors, and experts in language and communication. You will provide occupational psychology to support distressed and vulnerable students who may have complex issues in an empathetic and non-judgemental manner offering advice and signposting to other appropriate services.

The prosperous candidate will be an accredited Chartered Occupational Psychologist or hold membership of Health and Care Professionals Council or British Psychological Society and have significant practice of working with young people providing occupational psychology support.

We aim to recruit forward and outward-facing, passionate individuals who will stimulate new thinking with progressive and inclusive approaches. The post is part time (14 hours per week, work pattern to be agreed), open ended and available immediately.

The team are currently working in a blended model, and some home working is therefore possible. This is subject to change and flexibility will be required.
