We are seeking to recruit a highly organised Operations Administrator/Executive adjunct for our busy and vibrant Marketing and Communications department (M&C). The candidate will be approachable, friendly, highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload. The candidate will support the Operations agent, ensuring the smooth administration of the M&C department. This pivotal function is crucial within the team, as you will be supporting colleagues with their operational queries. You will undertake a variety of tasks including booking travel, setting up and maintaining databases and spreadsheets and raising Purchase Orders. A key part of the function is supporting the Operations agent with administration relating to the recruitment and payment of all part-time hourly paid staff, including student ambassadors. As well as the administrative tasks for the M&C team, they will provide the Director with excellent executive support, providing efficient diary management, organising travel arrangements, and occasionally assisting in meetings. This may include taking minutes and preparing presentational material. This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service's Points located System.
