We are seeking to appoint a full time Support agent to support the Programme Directors at Epsom campus. The post holder will need to provide comprehensive administrative support to various Programme Directors located on site at the Epsom campus. This is an exciting function and requires someone who will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment in a function that offers a busy but varied and interesting workload. tasks include: Providing administrative support including supporting meetings and taking minutes Supporting the coordination of school trips Provide support for exhibitions/shows and assisting with presentations Financial administration, expenses, booking travel You will need a good standard of education, excellent organisational and planning expertise, with the capacity to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales. You have previous general administrative practice of the operational delivery of business processes and policies, ideally within an educational environment, and a demonstrated capcapability for problem solving. Good written and verbal communication expertise and the capability to communicate effectively and clearly to both staff and students is essential, as is your capability to work well as part of a team. An capability to remain calm under pressure is essential and you must be proficient in using IT systems. You will also be required to support at Open Days, Graduation Shows and other University events. Occasional travel to other campuses may be required.
