About the function Do you have practice of working within the biomedical research informed teaching, especially in clinical biochemistry, molecular biology and bio-analytical chemistry? An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Science in the field of Clinical Biochemistry to be involved in developing and delivering an innovative and flexible range of learning and teaching materials. You should have competency in a range of significant laboratory and practical expertise including clinical biochemistry, genomics, cancer biology, and molecular mechanisms of disease and diagnosis that are linked to biomedical science related research and teaching. As well as knowledge within the subject area of biomedical science and knowledge the interplay amongst between immune signalling mechanisms in health and disease status. A clear knowledge of biomedical science in practice within the NHS environment and a grasp of biomedical and human sciences disciplines with the clear knowledge of the environmental influences for biomedical health is also essential.
