The Executive Support Team in the Faculty of Health is seeking an enthusiastic and practiced Administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and Administrative services to the Executive Team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person. Your function will be involved in a variety of exciting cross faculty projects, such as SharePoint/Teamsite development, reviewing team processes and looking for creative solutions, or supporting the implementation of new systems. You will also have responsibility of an administration adjunct.
Working in a great supportive team, you will require good team working skill, a high level of customer service, a flexible 'can do' approach, and the capability to work independently prioritising and managing an ever changing workload. practice and confidence in using different IT packages/platforms is important as you will help administer and manage Teamsites, and manage data held in spreadsheets.
You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain practice in a wide variety of Faculty projects. More details about what the job entails can be found in the job description. You will need to be able to work at any of our sites, but primarily John Bull Building and main campus sites as required.
