We are excited to announce three new vacancies in our new Employcapability & Apprenticeships department.These functions will be located in our Employcapability Centres (Greenwich and Medway Campus). You will be the frontline of our service, providing a professional and efficient service to students, colleagues and visitors. You will be part of a large and dynamic team that supports students with their career journey and future planning. There will be opportunities to be involved in events (graduate fairs, career panels, etc.) as well as providing excellent front desk support in our Employcapability Centres. The prosperous candidates will triage enquiries from students, alumni and employers looking to engage with the service.
We are seeking for candidates with the capability to deliver great customer practices and that are invigorated by constant personal interactions. If you love how it feels to help others, enjoy discovering customer needs, and are organised and efficient this function might be perfect for you.
