We have a great opportunity for an outstanding educator with practice in staff development in higher education and an consciousness of current challenges and opportunities in the sector. candidates should be at least Fellows of the HEA, and ideally Senior Fellows (or be willing to obtain Senior Fellowship soon after appointment).
The prosperous applicant will contribute to the enhancement of the student practice and the promotion of positive results for students by leading the provision of formal and informal opportunities for all staff involved in teaching and supporting learning to develop and enhance their academic practice, including accredited CPD-located and taught routes to professional recognition.
The post will involve leading and delivering postgraduate teaching qualifications and connected courses for professional recognition, designing and delivering high quality, innovative and challenging learning practices using current theory and practice. Working as part of a team, participate in all activities in connection with taught and CPD-located staff development including personal tutoring, recruitment, assessment, review and evaluation.
