Job Offer: Receptionist (part time):Job description:Job location: Bath this function is eligible for the ahs New Starter bonus. Apply today and if you are appointed, receive an additional £500 one month after starting and £500 on prosperously passing your probation period (six months). *subject to Terms & Conditions This is an exciting position at an International University,for any applicant who is looking to help and support students and staff within a Higher Education setting. The functionis primarily located at the Security Reception Desk in the Library, which is at the heart of the campus. The function is to support the Security Services Department in dealing with general University enquiries and to provide advice and assistance to staff, students and visitors, located at the main University campus. Strongly customer focussed, you must demonstrate an capability to execute well within a team and also be able to demonstrate the use of initiative. You will be supported by Security staff. You are required to have excellent communication expertise and the capability to work well with a diverse international community, providing knowledge, support and outstanding customer service. You will need to be computer literate and able to operate a number of software packages both bespoke to the University as well as more general software, but training will be given as required. This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
