As a Food & Beverage adjunct you will be required to ensure that the day to day running of the catering operation is smooth and that customers are provided with a high standard of service at all times. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving food and drink, working on the tills, stocking food stations and assisting with cleaning and clearing tables and catering areas. Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You will have practice of providing an excellent standard of customer service in a customer focussed environment. Previous practice of working in the Hospitality industry would be an advantage. You should be a good team worker and be able to be calm and professional in high pressure situations, as it can be extremely busy during peak times.
We consider ourselves part of one big team across all of the outlets and there may be opportunities to work in different outlets to gain further practice. If you want to develop into a managery position, we'll do everything we can to help you achieve this. We believe in celebrating success and provide you with the training and support to reach your full potential.
This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week. We are open to consider a variety of flexible work options, including part time or compressed hours, so if you are unable to work the hours advertised, but would like to explore alternative flexible options, including a 4 day week, then we would still love to hear from you.
