We have a great opportunity to join the AMRC group as a Technical Lead for the Nuclear AMRC. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key function within an integrated project team located in the Nuclear AMRC, ensuring that each project is run in conformity with client requirements and the Nuclear AMRC's Quality Management requirements. You will be the focal point for the project team, co-ordinating resources and equipment loading to ensure that customer objectives are met and delivered on time and within budget. You will be customer focussed and be the face of the team when dealing with clients all over the project lifecycle. You will be working closely with the newly formed team who will be in collaboration with a broad range of industrial and academic partners within Nuclear and adjacent Industries. You will therefore be positioned within a key team at the heart of the Nuclear AMRC's strategy for regional growth, providing a critical service to local companies and a significant contribution to the continuing improvement of the Centre & our future capabilities. You will have: » Have a higher degree in an engineering subject, (or significant practice) » practice in leading digital manufacturing experimental work » practice of developing and implementing innovate manufacturing solutions. About the Team You will work at the Nuclear AMRC Rotherham facility. this function provides excellent opportunities to increase and improve your expertise and expertise, supported by a friendly team in an excellent working environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of R&D projects in any or all of the following areas: manufacturing assessment processes, design optimisation, advanced manufacturing, digital manufacturing and quality assurance. Projects you will work on may be conducted on behalf of commercial clients, be part of the Centre's capcapability development programme or be undertaken in collaboration with other organisations as part of a government funded programme.
