adjunct Director - Employee practice (472229):Job description:Job location: Glasgow You will have strategic and operational responsibility for the end to end employee journey, ensuring people and culture are at the heart of business decisions and the creation of a truly exceptional workplace. As a senior member of the Human Resources Team, you will play a key function in the prosperous implementation of the People Strategy and will act as a formal deputy to the Chief People agent. With a prosperous track record in people and culture change, a proven record of achievement in significant senior functions, you will have the capability to think strategically, see the ?big picture' and to deliver an innovative and progressive approach to talent acquisition and retention, well-being, inclusion and employee engagement.
