Student practice & Success Support agents x 2 (University of Exeter Business School):Job description:Job location: Exeter Job Summary - The University of Exeter has opportunities for two new Student practice and Success Support agents to join its team in the Business School. These are exciting functions with a particular focus on community-building and student engagement. You will work closely with students, staff, and other graduates across the Business School departments of Economics, Finance and Accounting, and Management. Alongside supporting events and activities, you will help to identify any gaps in practice and/or results to ensure that all students are offered high-quality opportunities for academic support and wider engagement tailored to their specific needs. These functions are critical to fulfil the Business School's commitment to providing a fully inclusive, accessible, and culturally vibrant environment for learning. These functions are part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and are available immediately for 23 months. You will be able to work flexible hours and will be located at Streatham Campus in Exeter, with some remote working (from within the UK) available. For more information on the GBP scheme, please visit www.exeter.ac.uk/internships About You - You should be a graduate who has excellent interpersonal and communication expertise, excellent IT expertise and digital literacy, attention to detail, and have an aptitude for producing high quality, accurate work/content. You should have excellent planning, organisation, and time management expertise, be able to manage a varied and demanding workload and to work to quickly changing deadlines and have an interest in working collaboratively to improve the student practice. You should also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, work effectively in a team, be reliable and have a creative approach to problem solving. practice of working supported learning, of organising/leading events and of working within a collaborative and stakeholder focused environment are all desirable.
