Job Summary - This exciting new function will be located within the newly formed Programme and Global Employcapability team within the division for Student Employcapability and Academic Success (SEAS) and provide day-to-day operational support for the portfolio of activity delivered across the team. This is an opportunity to gain practice in project and event management and develop high levels of administration and consciousness of a range of related specialisms and digital support systems. this function is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and offers full-time hours (36.5 hours per week) for 12 months initially, with the potential to extend. You will be able to work remotely for at least half of your working week with access to offices on Streatham Campus in Exeter. About You - You should be a graduate who has excellent organisational and planning expertise, the capability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent IT expertise, accurate database inputting expertise, and the capability to communicate effectively with precision and accuracy in person, in writing, email, and by telephone with a diverse range of people. You should be friendly and approachable, have the capability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions whilst maintaining focus and accuracy, have the capability to present a professional image of the University of Exeter at all times, have confidence and capability to work independently with appropriate supervision, and availability to work outside normal working hours when occasional and reasonable requests are made. You should also have practice of liaising with students, have significant administrative practice and practical use of MS Office, and have practice of working in a team and delivering against set objectives.
