Do you have keen eye for detail and practice in handling data? Our Development and Alumni department have a great opportunity for you.
We are seeking for a Database and Gift Administrator to join our growing Development and Alumni department. We secure donations from individual donors%2C corporate partners%2C trusts and foundations wishing to support the College and its students.
In this function of the Database and Gifts Administrator%2C you will support a wide variety of development and alumni relations activities%2C primarily Assume the responsibility the gift administration and data management. You will ensure the accurate recording of all gifts and the maintenance of up-to-date alumni records (currently 70%2C000) on the Raiser's Edge database. This is a essential function within in the team%2C with your work affecting all members of it..
expertise & General Requirements:
   » Highly IT literate%2C particularly in MS Office (Excel)
   » practice of working with relational databases.
   » Impeccable attention to detail and confidence with numbers are crucial for this function.
   » Enjoy working with data and presenting it in a clear and concise way.
   » Previous practice of gift administration is not essential as full training will be provided but would be advantageous.
   » practice of prioritising work and working to deadlines
   » Work well as part of a team.
Remuneration:
Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £27%2C727 rising to £31%2C096 per annum
The income quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
