Job Opportunity: Senior Lecturer in Fashion and Textiles (0.6):Job description:Job location: Chelsea Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries is looking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Fashion and Textiles to contribute to its well established and prosperous suite of Fashion Design qualifications including UAL L3 Extended Diploma in Fashion and Foundation Diploma in Fashion. We are seeking for a lecturer with a broad underpinning of fashion expertise to support the delivery of our vocational programmes. You will be a passionate lecturer, committed to working collaboratively to deliver a high quality contemporary practice for our students.You will have a significant undergraduate degree and teaching qualification and have confidence of teaching in further education including 16-19 study programmes. You will be excited to work in a specialist centre, and the opportunities to partnering collaboratively with other creative fields in a creative community.Established in 1889, and with our roots stretching back even further, Morley College London is one of the country's oldest and largest specialist providers of adult education, now alongside 16-19 provision at its Chelsea and North Kensington Centres. The Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries is a specialist centre offering study programmes and higher education entry routes into the creative sector across Art, Design and Media curriculum areas. Morley College London aims to have a workforce that is as reflective of the diverse population that it serves.
