Overview of the Position Reporting to the Manager of Social Services, the Community Programs Data and Research Analyst supports the programs provided under the Child Care and Early Years Act, Ontario Works Act, and Housing and Homelessness (?Community Programs?) in collecting, tracking, researching and analysing data to support effective planning for services and programs. The Community Programs Data and Research Analyst provides information, interpretation and analysis from various resources in coordination with community partners. The Community Programs Data and Research Analyst participates in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Community Programs. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, has excellent organizational expertise, positive attitude, and is able to work well in a team environment. What We Offer Middlesex County provides competitive compensation, complete with comprehensive health and dental benefits (or pay in lieu of benefits as per the applicable Collective Agreement), and enrollment in the OMERS (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System) pension plan.The pay rate for this position is $31.05 - $34.93 per hour for 35 hours per week.
