adjunct Manager:Job description:Job location: Bedford We have a great opportunity located at our Trinity Arts and Leisure campus for a adjunct Manager to become a key member of our Bedford College Services department. As a adjunct Manager, you will play a pivotal function in the success of our students through: » Being responsible on a rota basis for the safe operation of the Centre. » Providing services to internal and external customers effectively Plus one of the following: » To have lead responsibility for the effective operation of all ?wetside' activities, including ensuring all specific health and safety tasks are met. OR » To have lead responsibility for the effective operation of all ?dryside' activities, including ensuring all specific health and safety tasks are met. OR » To have lead responsibility for the effective organisation and training of all Associates in ?wetside' and?dryside' areas in consultation with designated adjunct Managers Our ideal candidates will have practice of high performance in previous functions/jobs and practice of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, alongside the following qualifications: » NPLQ fully qualified or about to achieve this » Level 2 qualification in » significant subject » English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or availability to achieve this at work prosperous candidates must also be able to demonstrate alignment to our organisational values: »Student centred - At our heart is always doing what is best for our students.
