We are recruiting for the function of Youth Education and expertise Tutor (Supported Internships and Traineeships) to work with learners who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Norwich.
The Tutor will deliver supported internship and traineeship programmes with SEND learners, delivering training on employcapability and life expertise, providing career advice and guidance, and providing pastoral care. The Tutor will assess the needs of the learners to provide appropriate support all over the programme of study and will set goals and regularly review progression with the learners.
Essential:
For this function you will need:
   » A teaching qualification (minimum level 4)
   » practice of delivering teaching and learning in a classroom environment
   » practice of working with SEND learners
   » practice of providing information, advice and guidance to young people
