Youth Education and expertise Tutor (Supported Internships and Traineeships):Job description:Job location: Norfolk Ixion, part of Shaw Trust, one of the largest charities in the UK, is a national training provider of expertise and education. We are recruiting for the function of Youth Education and expertise Tutor (Supported Internships and Traineeships) to work with learners who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Norwich. The Tutor will deliver supported internship and traineeship programmes with SEND learners, delivering training on employcapability and life expertise, providing career advice and guidance, and providing pastoral care. The Tutor will assess the needs of the learners to provide appropriate support all over the programme of study and will set goals and regularly review progression with the learners.
