International Mobility agent:Job description:Job location: Carmarthen Carmarthen campus but should be able prepared to work at all campus locations, and at other locations as necessary ABOUT US The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is an employment-focused university, dedicated to ensuring students from diverse backgrounds develop the academic expertise and practical expertise to thrive. We placed 13th for teaching quality in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2022 and 8th in the UK for ?Social Inclusion' in this league table this year. We are now looking for an International Mobility agent to join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. THE function The International Mobility agent will play a key function in supporting the implementation and delivery of the University's long standing outbound study abroad programmes as well as two new externally funded Projects: » Turing Outward mobility scheme and The Global Wales Discover programme » Taith Please view the Job Description for further details, where you will also find a list of the essential and desirable ?Person Specification' criteria. ABOUT YOU To be considered as an International Mobility agent, you will need: » An Honours degree or equivalent in a significant discipline » Excellent communication expertise with the capability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and through a variety of media » practice of providing high-quality customer care in a customer facing/ customer services function » Working expertise of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally SharePoint, OneDrive and Forms » capability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines within limited timeframes » Good organisational and time-management expertise » capability to apply attention to detail and accuracy It would also be beneficial if you had practice in: » practice of funding/financial administration » practice or expertise of Study Abroad. » Working expertise of the internationalisation of Higher Education, particularly of current mobility challenges and opportunities » capability to communicate through the medium of Welsh BENEFITS » Annual leave entitlement is 28 days' annual leave per year, plus 8 bank holidays and 4 University closure days.
