adjunct International Staff Support agent People and Culture:Job description:Job location: Belfast The People and Culture Directorate at Queen's University Belfast is seeking to appoint an adjunct International Staff Support agent to join their busy International Staff Support team. Reporting to the Head of International Staff Support, you will assist and support the International Staff Support agent in providing a high quality, comprehensive support service to circa 880 current and incoming international staff and circa 300 current and incoming international visiting scholars across the University, ensuring that the obligations for the United Kingdom Visa and Immigration (UKVI) requirements are met. This is an exciting time to join the Directorate as we embark upon delivering the new P&C Plan (2023-2026) under the guidance of the recently appointed Vice President and Chief People agent. The prosperous candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have: » Academic and/or vocational qualifications i.e. NVQ Level 3, A levels plus significant administration practice OR Significant significant administration practice » practice of and demonstrable capability to understand and interpret complex legal, regulatory requirements and procedures » practice of providing advice and guidance on compliance issues » practice of operating systems to support organisational compliance » practice of working with high-level confidentiality.
