This is a new senior leader function created to provide direction and leadership abilities to the core technology areas of UCEM; this follows a change in organisational structure and an external review of the key risks and opportunities around technology. Your span will cover IT infrastructure, end-user computing and support, systems administration and development, as well as learning technology. Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: » Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic objectives, ensuring the technology service delivers against UCEM's strategic goals. » Inspiring your teams and driving improved performance where necessary, both directly through line management and indirectly through the significant leadership abilities groups. » Developing capabilities of the organisation and individuals, so UCEM develops maturity and confidence in the use and management of technology.
